Short story

My name is Brede

In 2010, I weighed over 143 kg and felt trapped in a cycle of unhealthy habits. Weekends were for drinking, meals were oversized and unhealthy, and my self-esteem was at rock bottom. I realized no one could change my life for me—I had to take control.

By 2011, I began tracking calories, working out, and eventually lost 30 kg. However, setbacks like injuries and life changes—including a demanding job, three daughters, and a new home—brought challenges. My weight fluctuated as I struggled to maintain consistency.

In 2019, I committed to building sustainable habits. By addressing my mindset and focusing on both physical and mental strength, I transformed my life. Today, I’ve lost nearly 50 kg, reduced my BMI by 14 points, and embraced a lifestyle that keeps me energized, pain-free, and present for my family.

I am a father of three, live in rural Norway and work as a leader.

I created this platform to share my journey, inspire others, and show that real change is possible with the right habits. Whether it’s improving your health, career, or overall well-being, I’m here to help you break free from negative cycles and build a life you’re proud of.
